omg I want to join you~! Last year, I managed to avoid most refined sugar, carbs, and high fat and lost 30 lbs/15kg. So yeah, I think it’ll definitely work for you! It makes you more energetic, too! XD
Yey!!! Let’s do it!!! It is really hard for me, cause i am a bread eater and I have this huge addiction to candies, but I really really need to do this!

I need to get back in track for the next month and a half.
I am about 15 kg over my ideal weight, and last year I lost about 10 Kg and gained them back in about 3 months. Right now I am not even aiming to lose 10, I’d be happy just to have 5 off, but I know it’s HARD.
I’m pretty much gonna be quitting flour, candies and bread for this time and we’ll see what it does to my body. I know my body and I know that’s pretty much a way to lose 3 kg, but still.
I have my eyes on this lovely dress I own that I hadn’t been able to wear yet.
Anybody wants to do it with me?
